Eligibility Criteria

Education: HSC Pass / Graduate

Experience: Freshers or candidates with 6 months to 1 year of experience

Good communication and customer handling skills

Immediate joiners preferred

Key Responsibilities

Assist customers in selecting appropriate paint products, shades, and painting solutions.

Educate customers about product features, benefits, and usage.

Provide excellent customer service and ensure a seamless customer experience.

Generate sales and achieve assigned targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, and painters.

Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and customer support.

Maintain product displays and ensure stock availability.

Stay updated on product offerings, color trends, and ongoing promotions.

Required Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Customer-centric approach and positive attitude.

Basic sales and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Willingness to learn and grow in a retail sales environment.
