• Assess client needs, preferences, and financial situations to recommend the most suitable coverage.

• Assist clients with enrollment, renewals, and resolving policy-related inquiries or issues.

• Stay updated on industry trends, changes in health insurance laws and regulations.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA.

• Meet or exceed performance metrics including customer satisfaction, sales targets, and compliance standards.

• Collaborate with other departments (e.g., claims, underwriting) to support client needs.
