Job Description

Vehicle Rental & Transportation Sales (Primary Focus):

Assist customers in booking cars, vans, tempo travelers, and buses with drivers for local and outstation trips.
Understand customer needs and recommend the right vehicle rental options.
Manage reservations, confirm bookings, and coordinate with the operations team for smooth execution.
Provide transparent pricing and rental details and ensure timely customer follow-ups.

Tour Package Sales (Secondary Focus):
Recommend domestic tour packages when relevant.
Customize itineraries based on customer preferences.
Assist with hotel bookings and add-on travel services.

Customer Service & Coordination:
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
Provide professional and friendly consultation that exceeds expectations.
Maintain strong follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Revenue & Target Achievement:
Meet and exceed sales targets on a weekly/monthly basis.
Upsell and cross-sell travel services, including premium vehicle rentals and extended trips.
Generate revenue through proactive customer engagement and retention strategies.
