About the Role
Kanta Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to manage and expand business with both domestic and international clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for client communication, lead generation, follow-ups, quotation handling, customer relationship management, and business development activities.
Key Responsibilities
Communicate with domestic and international clients through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and virtual meetings.
Handle customer inquiries and provide product information, quotations, samples, and necessary documentation.
Generate new business opportunities through outbound calling and lead generation.
Follow up with prospective and existing clients to close sales.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Coordinate with internal teams to provide suitable product solutions.
Maintain customer records and update CRM/company databases.
Participate in virtual meetings, exhibitions, and customer interactions.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Support overall business development activities.
