Sales Executive

To establish a structured and standardized process for the Sales Manager to drive business growth, manage client relationships, meet sales targets, and support the overall goals of the organization.

Responsibility:

1.      Sales Strategy Development

2.      Customer Relationship Management

3.      Sales Process Management

4.     Regularly update senior management with sales performance reports and forecasts.Maintain an in-depth understanding of the company’s products, services, and technical specifications

5.     Continuously research and analyse market trends, customer behaviour, and competitors to stay ahead in the industry

6.     Forecast future sales revenue and ensure that sales activities stay within the allocated budget.

7.     Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and ethical business practices

8. Regularly evaluate personal performance against set targets and identify areas for improvement.

9.     Stay updated on CRM features and tools, and ensures continuous learning to optimize sales operations

10. Ensure compliance with company policies and data security guidelines, particularly in the use of CRM software.
