SKILLS REQUIRED

Technical & Sales Expertise

• Proven Inside Sales experience in Cloud products: AWS, Azure, Cloud Storage, Acronis, Veeam, or similar solutions

• Strong B2B sales experience with Enterprise, Industrial, and Corporate clients in the Gurgaon region

• Experience with lead generation, qualifying prospects, and closing deals

• Ability to manage 50+ active customers and maintain strong client relationships

• Hands-on experience in cross-selling and up-selling cloud/IT-based solutions

• Understanding of Cloud Computing, SaaS/IaaS, Backup Solutions, and IT infrastructure basics

• Comfortable working with CRM tools and performing structured follow-ups

Soft Skills

• Excellent English communication (verbal & written)

• Strong negotiation and presentation skills

• Ability to work under pressure with monthly sales targets

• High ownership mindset and ability to work independently

• Strong problem-solving and client-handling attitude
