Role Overview:
• We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused CRM with strong tele-sales experience. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, converting leads, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. Experience in financial services, insurance, real estate, or similar industries .
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain products/services.
• Handle inbound customer queries and provide accurate information.
• Convert leads into sales through effective communication and persuasion skills.
• Maintain follow-ups with potential clients to close sales opportunities.
• Update and manage customer data in CRM on a daily basis.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and provide quick resolutions.
• Maintain call logs, sales reports, and feedback records.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth sales and customer support.
Skills & Qualifications:
• Graduate pass with relevant tele-sales experience.
• Excellent communication and convincing skills.
• Strong understanding of sales techniques and customer handling.
• Basic computer knowledge and experience with CRM tools.
• Positive attitude, patience, and customer-centric mind-set.
