Job Description

Blooming Hives is looking for motivated and target-driven Sales Executives to join our team. The role involves converting company-provided leads into customers, conducting follow-ups, and performing some cold calling to generate additional business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact and follow up with company-provided leads through calls, WhatsApp, and meetings.
• Conduct cold calls to identify and approach potential clients.
• Understand customer requirements and present our services effectively.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Negotiate and close sales deals.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve business objectives.

Performance Expectations

• Monthly sales target: ₹1,50,000 in revenue generation.
• Consistent follow-up and lead management are essential for success in this role.

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence in speaking with clients over phone and in person.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for sales.
• Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome; prior sales experience is a plus.
