Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential clients (SMEs, corporates, consultants) to promote job portal listings and recruitment services.

• Meet daily/weekly targets for client acquisition and revenue generation.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and support.

• Conduct field visits, cold calls, and business presentations to showcase portal features.

• Gather hiring requirements from clients and coordinate with internal recruitment/operations teams.

• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and local hiring demands.

• Achieve monthly sales and onboarding targets as per company expectations.

• Maintain proper documentation of client interactions and CRM updates.
