About the Role

Join the Gabit Ring Crew and represent one of Indias most innovative smart wearable products at leading retail stores.

As a Retail Sales Promoter / Store Sales Executive at Gabit youll be the face of our brand on the ground. Youll engage directly with customers at retail touchpoints, create awareness about Gabits Smart Ring, and drive in-store conversions through strong product demos and consultative conversations.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys customer interaction, understands consumer behaviour, and can turn walk-ins into confident Gabit users.

What Your Day Would Look Like

Engage with walk-in customers at assigned retail stores and introduce them to the Gabit Smart Ring.

Demonstrate product features, benefits, and real-life use cases in a simple, relatable manner.

Understand customer health goals (fitness, sleep, stress, recovery) and position Gabit accordingly.

Handle customer queries around comfort, sizing, usage, app experience, and pricing.

Drive in-store sales by converting interest into purchases through effective pitching and follow-ups.

Ensure premium customer experiences, leaving every visitor confident and excited.

Coordinate with store staff to ensure product visibility, demo readiness, and stock availability.

Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.Share regular feedback on customer objections, competitor activity, and on-ground insights with the sales team.
Were Looking For

1- 5 years of experience in retail sales, as store promoters, or as a demonstrator (experience in consumer electronics, wearables, fitness, or lifestyle brands preferred). Freshers with a passion for sales are welcome.
Energetic, confident, and street-smart with strong communication skills for engaging walk-in customers.
Ability to clearly explain product benefits and demonstrate smart wearables effectively.
Target-driven mindset, comfortable working with daily store KPIs and sales goals.
Willingness to work retail hours, weekends, and peak footfall periods.
Basic comfort with smartphones and apps to guide customers through the Gabit app experience.
