Key Responsibilities
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicles.
Conduct vehicle demonstrations and explain features, specifications, pricing, and financing options.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert prospects into sales.
Coordinate with finance and insurance teams to facilitate vehicle purchases.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Stay updated on competitor products, market trends, and promotional activities.
Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
