ROLE DESCRIPTION

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive / Senior Sales Executive based in Noida. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and pitching our unique divine science products and digital solutions to prospective clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • • • • • •

Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and target potential B2B and B2C clients through market research, cold calling, networking, and digital outreach.

Client Relationship Management: Manage incoming leads, understand client requirements, and recommend tailored divine science or digital solutions.

Sales Presentations & Pitching: Conduct product demonstrations and deliver compelling sales pitches to close deals effectively.

Negotiation & Closing: Handle objections, negotiate contract terms, and close sales to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate closely with the SEO, marketing, and content teams to align sales strategies with active digital campaigns and customer insights.

Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline progress, and customer feedback using CRM tools.

REQUIREMENTS • • • • •

Experience: Minimum 1–3 years of proven experience in a Sales, Business Development, or Inside Sales role (experience in divine sciences, wellness, digital solutions, or high-ticket consulting is a strong plus).

Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with a strong ability to persuade and influence.

Mindset: A highly motivated, target-driven individual with an analytical mindset and excellent problemsolving skills.

Technical Familiarity: Basic knowledge of CRM software, Microsoft Excel, and standard communication tools.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.

Working Days Monday to Saturday (5.5 days a week)

Location Noida (On-site)
