We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Amazon Sales Associate to manage and grow our Amazon marketplace operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Seller Central, product listings, advertising, and performance optimization. You will work closely with the e-commerce and marketing teams to drive online sales and improve brand visibility.
Manage day-to-day activities on Amazon Seller Central.
Create, optimize, and update product listings (titles, descriptions, keywords, images, A+ content, etc.).
Monitor inventory, pricing, buy box performance, and competitor activity.
Plan and manage Amazon Sponsored Ads / PPC campaigns.
Analyze sales reports, performance metrics, and develop growth strategies.
Manage order processing, return handling, and rating/review improvement.
Coordinate with internal teams for catalogue updates and promotions.
Ensure compliance with Amazon rules, policies, and operational guidelines.
1–3 years of experience in Amazon marketplace management (preferred).
Strong understanding of Seller Central tools and reporting features.
Knowledge of keyword research, SEO, and e-commerce marketing strategies.
Proficiency in MS Excel and analytics.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
