Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive position based in Bareilly. The Sales Executive will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with clients, identifying financial needs, and presenting suitable financial and insurance solutions. This includes promoting and selling Ascend Finserv’s products, such as loans and insurance, meeting sales targets, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities also include developing new client relationships, negotiating terms, preparing sales reports, and staying updated on industry trends and product offerings.

Qualifications

• Qualification: 12th Passed

• Fresher and experience both are eligible

• Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills

• Self-motivation, goal-oriented mindset, and a proactive approach to achieving sales targets

• Strong understanding of the financial and insurance industry; prior experience in financial services is a plus

• It is a Full Time Customer Support / TeleCaller job for candidates with 0 - 2 years of experience.
