Key Responsibilities:

Generate new leads through cold calling, walk-ins, referrals, and social media.

Follow up on inquiries, schedule appointments, and convert prospects into members.

Conduct gym tours and explain membership benefits, facilities, and services.

Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to branch revenue.

Maintain a strong relationship with existing and potential members for renewals and referrals.

Support marketing activities and participate in promotional events.

Maintain accurate records of leads, appointments, and closures.

Requirements:

Previous experience in sales, fitness, or customer service preferred (Fresher with strong communication skills can apply).

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Target-driven with a positive and energetic personality.

Passion for fitness and a customer-first attitude.

Ability to work in a rotational shift schedule (Morning & Evening shifts)

(Rotational basis – weekly/bi-weekly rotation)
