Position: Land Engineer / Land Acquisition Engineer

Experience: 2–5 Years in Land Acquisition / Renewable Energy Projects

🔹 About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Land Engineer to support land acquisition, documentation, survey coordination, and land-related activities for our Wind Energy Projects.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Identify and coordinate with landowners for land acquisition/lease requirements.
• Conduct land verification, site visits, and field-level surveys.
• Coordinate with landowners, farmers, local authorities, agents, and other stakeholders.
• Verify 7/12 extracts, property cards, mutation entries, maps, title documents, and other land records.
• Coordinate for land measurement, demarcation, and boundary verification.
• Support execution and registration of lease deeds, sale deeds, agreements, and other land documents.
• Maintain accurate records of acquired and under-process land parcels.
• Resolve land-related issues and coordinate with the legal/revenue team wherever required.
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports related to land acquisition.
• Coordinate with project, survey, legal, and construction teams to ensure timely availability of land.
• Travel extensively to project sites as required.

🔹 Requirements

• Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Land Management, Agriculture, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in land acquisition, infrastructure, renewable energy, wind, solar, or similar projects.
• Strong knowledge of land records and local revenue documentation.
• Good communication and negotiation skills with landowners.
• Willingness to travel and work at project locations.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic documentation/reporting.
• Candidates with experience in Wind/Solar land acquisition will be preferred.
