Key Responsibilities
Promote Airtel SIM cards, prepaid/postpaid plans, broadband, DTH, and other Airtel services.
Approach potential customers and generate new sales.
Explain product features, plans, offers, and benefits to customers.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Assist customers with SIM activation, documentation, and onboarding.
Maintain good relationships with existing and new customers.
Report daily sales activities and customer feedback to the supervisor.
Ensure excellent customer service and resolve basic customer queries.
Work at assigned stores, markets, kiosks, or other promotional locations.
