Job Description :
We are looking for an experienced Field Sales Executive (Merchant Onboarding) to join our team to drive the sales, deployment, and adoption of QR Codes and Sound Box (Voice Alert Devices) across retail and commercial merchants. The role offers an attractive in-hand salary of ₹25,000 – ₹32,000 + Lucrative Incentives and excellent opportunities for career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct daily field visits to acquire, onboard, and activate new retail merchants and key business accounts.
* Pitch and sell QR Code payment solutions, Sound Box voice-alert hardware, and merchant payment services.
* Manage the complete end-to-end merchant onboarding cycle, including KYC documentation, merchant profile verification, and account mapping.
* Install, configure, and demonstrate Sound Box devices and QR stands at merchant outlets, ensuring zero setup friction.
* Consistently achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly merchant acquisition and device deployment targets.
* Monitor merchant transaction activity post-activation, resolve merchant escalations, and drive retention and repeat usage.
Job Requirements:
* Experience: Minimum 2+ years of mandatory field sales experience in merchant onboarding within the Fintech / Digital Payments industry (e.g., Paytm, PhonePe, BharatPe, Google Pay, Airpay, Pine Labs, etc.).
* Education: Minimum Graduate in any discipline.
* Skills: Strong negotiation, merchant relationship management, territory knowledge, and fluency in the local language.
