Customer Support Sales Executive

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Sales Executive to generate new business, develop customer relationships, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to identify customer requirements and convert leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new leads through calls, referrals, field visits, and other channels.

Contact potential and existing customers to understand their requirements.

Explain products/services and provide suitable solutions.

Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.

Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.

Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales-related documents when required.

Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer service.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Provide regular sales reports and updates to the reporting manager.
