Sales Coordinator / Executive

Position – Sales Coordinator Location: Jaipur Qualification Graduate / Post Graduate (MBA, PGDM in Marketing preferred) Experience Required 2 to 5 Years (FMCG sales coordination/distributor handling preferred) Required Skills A Sales Coordinator ensures smooth functioning of sales operations, distributor management, and market execution. The role is critical for achieving sales objectives and providing strong administrative and operational support to the sales team. The ideal candidate must be: • Well-spoken, professional, and persuasive in communication • Organized and detail-oriented with strong coordination abilities • Result-driven with strong follow-up and problem-solving skills • Comfortable working under pressure to meet tight deadlines Job Description • Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly sales objectives. • Call and coordinate with distributors weekly; resolve issues within 24 hours. • Maintain strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and modern trade outlets. • Ensure accurate order processing, stock monitoring, and timely delivery. • Assist in execution of promotions, trade schemes, and new product launches. • Maintain and update town-wise beats of Sales Officers daily. • Prepare sales reports, analyze performance, and share insights with management. • Ensure distributors receive daily SMS updates and proper communication. • Coordinate with production and logistics teams to fulfill customer requirements. • Support digital marketing and e-portal initiatives (WhatsApp, Facebook, etc.). • Assist in organizing monthly meetings, prepare MOMs, and ensure follow-ups.
