We are seeking an organized and efficient Sales Coordinator to support our Showroom Sales and Business Development teams. This administrative and support role is crucial for managing the smooth flow of sales operations, from order processing to delivery coordination, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Order Management: Process all sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all product specifications, measurements, and pricing are correct before submission.
Inventory & Logistics: Coordinate product availability with the inventory team and schedule deliveries/installations with logistics partners and clients.
Documentation: Maintain meticulous records of all client interactions, quotations, invoices, and payment receipts using our CRM system.
Team Support: Assist the sales team by preparing presentation materials, compiling reports on sales targets, and managing team calendars/appointments with architects and clients.
Customer Service: Act as the primary internal contact for post-sales inquiries and issue resolution (e.g., delays, minor complaints), escalating to management when necessary.
Vendor Communication: Liaise with vendors and suppliers regarding product availability, pricing updates, and sample requests.
Required Qualities & Skills:
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales support, coordination, or administrative role, preferably within the retail or interior design industry.
Organizational Skills: Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Software Proficiency: Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and experience using CRM software (e.g., Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or similar billing software).
Communication: Clear written and verbal communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and English.
Problem-Solving: Proactive attitude towards resolving logistical challenges and customer issues.
