We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in achieving targets and ensuring smooth sales operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in industrial product sales coordination—preferably in the pump, motor, or allied engineering industry—and should be adept at handling customer inquiries, preparing quotations, coordinating with production, and maintaining accurate sales records.
Coordinate daily sales activities between the sales team, distributors, dealers, and production department.
Handle customer inquiries and prepare quotations, tenders, and price lists.
Process sales orders and follow up for dispatch schedules, order status, and delivery timelines.
Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and reports in ERP or CRM systems.
Communicate with the accounts department regarding billing, payment follow-ups, and credit notes.
Assist in preparing monthly sales reports, forecasts, and performance summaries.
Support in organizing sales campaigns, exhibitions, and dealer meets.
Ensure smooth communication between the sales, production, and logistics teams for on-time deliveries.
Maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
Education: Graduate in Commerce / Business Administration
Experience: 2–3 years in sales coordination or back-office sales support—preferably in pump, motor, or industrial equipment manufacturing.
Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of submersible pumps, motors, and related accessories will be an added advantage.
Computer Proficiency: MS Office, Excel, and ERP/CRM systems.
