Job Overview
The Sales Coordinator will act as a key liaison between the sales team and customers. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth coordination, timely communication, and efficient handling of customer queries, order processing, and dispatch updates to support overall sales operations and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilty
Act as a single point of contact between the sales team and customers
Receive, record, and respond to customer queries in a professional and timely manner
Coordinate with internal departments including sales, dispatch, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth and timely order execution
Provide accurate and timely updates to customers regarding order status, dispatch details, and delivery timelines
Assist the sales team with order processing, documentation, and follow-up activities
Maintain systematic records of customer communications, orders, and dispatch information
Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and service standards
Support the sales team in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term relationships
Qualification and Skills
Graduate in any discipline
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Working knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel and email communication
Good coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Customer-centric approach with strong attention to detail
