Position: Sales Coordinator

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team in the packaging industry. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting the sales team and ensuring smooth coordination between clients, production, and internal departments.

Qualification:

• Graduate / MBA (Specialization in Marketing, Operations, or Business Administration will be an advantage)
  
  

• Candidates with a background in Sales Coordination, Customer Service, or Commercial Administration will be preferred
  
  

• Strong command over English communication, documentation, and computer operations (MS Office, Email, ERP, etc.)
  
  

Experience:
3 to 5 years of proven working experience as a Sales Coordinator — preferably in Packaging, Printing, Cosmetics, Agro, or Pharmaceutical industries.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  
  

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  
  

• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  
  

• Knowledge of order processing, quotation preparation, and client coordination
  
  

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
