Qualification:

• Diploma / B.E. (Mechanical / Chemical)

• B.Sc. / M.Sc.

• BBA / MBA Marketing (Preferred)

• Any Graduate with good communication skills

Experience:

2–3 years in industrial product marketing or back-office sales coordination.

Job Responsibilities:

• Client communication & follow-up

• Offer / Quotation follow-ups

• Sales order & dispatch coordination

• Dispatch documentation (client/government projects)

• Payment follow-up

• Support in tender preparation

• Coordination with Finance & Legal dept. for BG/EMD

• MIS reporting & back office work

🔶 REQUIREMENT – 2

Sales Coordinator – Packaging Industry

Location: Near POR, Vadodara
Benefit: Transport facility provided

Qualification:

• Graduate / MBA (Marketing, Operations, Business Administration preferred)

Experience:

3–5 years as Sales Coordinator in:

• Packaging / Printing

• Cosmetics / Agro / Pharma industries
  or related commercial & customer service roles.

Key Skills:

• Excellent communication & documentation

• MS Office, Email, ERP

• Order processing & quotation preparation

• Client coordination

• Time management & multitasking

• Strong follow-up ability
