Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Sales Executive to handle inbound and outbound client calls. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, the ability to explain services clearly, and a strong inclination towards sales and customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend inbound client calls and provide detailed information about company services.

• Make outbound follow-up calls to leads and existing customers.

• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable service options.

• Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings/sales.

• Maintain a record of calls, follow-ups, and conversions.

• Coordinate with operations team to ensure smooth service delivery.

• Handle customer concerns professionally and provide timely solutions.

• Meet weekly and monthly sales targets.
