Job Title: Sales Co-ordinator (Female / Male)
Location: Odhav GIDC, Ahmedabad
Job Timing: Monday to Saturday – 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
Experience Required: 2 Years
Qualification & Skills:
Diploma or Graduation in any stream (BBA or technical background preferred)
Excellent verbal & written communication in English, Hindi, and Gujarati
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Good email drafting, coordination, and customer-handling skills
Job Description:
The Sales Co-ordinator will work closely with the Sales Team to manage daily back-office operations. Responsibilities include:
Preparing quotations, proforma invoices, and order documents
Handling email communication with clients
Attending incoming calls and inquiries
Maintaining sales records, databases, and documentation on a daily/weekly/monthly basis
Coordinating with internal teams and supporting sales activities
This role is ideal for candidates with good communication, organization, and computer skills, even if they are freshers.
