Key Responsibilities
• Receive and manage leads from various sources (calls, emails, website, campaigns, etc.)
• Contact and communicate with leads to understand basic requirements
• Qualify leads and forward relevant details to the sales team
• Coordinate with sales executives for site visits / meetings / demos (as applicable)
• Ensure timely follow-up with leads as per defined process
• Maintain accurate records in CRM / Excel / Lead tracker
• Track lead status and provide regular updates to management
• Support the sales team with documentation and coordination
• Ensure proper communication between customers and sales team
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Good communication skills (English & local language)
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM systems / ERP
• Ability to follow processes and meet timelines
• Customer-focused and detail-oriented approach
