Key Responsibilities:-
Lead and manage the sales team (Telecallers/Field Executives)
Set and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Closing dealership/distributor/franchise leads
Properly assign inbound leads and monitor follow-up
Provide performance reviews and training for the team
Develop sales strategies and growth plans with management
Share market trends, competitor activity, and field feedback
Implement CRM, Excel, and reporting systems effectively
Increase sales of EV products (e-rickshaws, e-scooters)
