Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support the sales team in handling customer inquiries, preparing quotations, coordinating with internal departments, and maintaining sales records. The candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and willingness to learn industrial sales processes.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, and sales-related documents.
Coordinate with customers for inquiries, orders, and delivery schedules.
Support sales engineers and the sales team in daily activities.
Follow up with customers regarding quotations and pending orders.
Maintain customer database and sales records.
Coordinate with purchase, dispatch, accounts, and warehouse departments.
Handle email communication and telephone inquiries professionally.
Update order status and prepare reports in Excel.
Assist in tender documentation and MIS reporting.
Ensure timely response to customer requirements.
Required Skills
Good communication and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Ability to work in a team environment.
Good follow-up and organizational skills.
