Job Description: Coordinator (International & Domestic)

Position: Coordinator
Department: Logistics / Operations

Roles & Responsibilities:

Handle data entry for international and domestic courier shipments
Handle walkin customer and on-bored new customers
good typing speed
Coordinate between data entry team and packing staff to ensure smooth workflow
Verify shipment details such as addresses, documents, weight, and service type
Monitor shipment status and follow up for timely pickup and dispatch
Resolve coordination issues between teams to avoid delays
Maintain accurate shipment records and reports
Communicate with courier companies for pickup schedules and dispatch confirmation

Skills & Requirements:

Basic knowledge of courier/logistics operations
Good coordination and communication skills
Attention to detail in data entry and documentation
Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple shipments
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel / courier software preferred)
