• Respond to client inquiries and assist in resolving issues
• Support the sales team in achieving targets and smooth workflow• Experience in sales coordination or sales support role

• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM / ERP software
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Good customer service and relationship management skills
• Attention to detail and data accuracy
• Graduate in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
