Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to generate leads and follow-ups.
Coordinate with the sales team and field representatives (MRs) for order processing and updates.
Maintain and update customer database and sales records.
Handle client inquiries, quotations, and order coordination.
Follow up on leads to ensure conversion and business growth.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, especially with doctors, hospitals, and distributors.
Track sales activities and prepare reports and MIS.
Assist in achieving sales targets through effective coordination and communication.
Qualifications & Requirements
Graduate in any field (preferably Science / Pharmacy / Commerce).
1 to 3 years of experience, preferably as a Medical Representative (MR) or in pharma sales coordination.
Good understanding of pharma/healthcare products and market.
Strong communication skills in English and local language.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools.
