Key Responsibilities
• Manage existing customers and maintain strong relationships.
• Follow up for calibration renewals and repeat orders.
• Track calibration due dates and proactively contact customers.
• Prepare quotations and coordinate orders with the service team.
• Handle customer enquiries and ensure timely responses.
• Maintain customer database and daily follow-up reports.
• Identify opportunities for additional services and generate repeat business.
Requirements
• Graduate with 2-3+ years of experience in sales coordination/inside sales.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office/Excel.
• Target-oriented, proactive, and good at follow-ups.
• Experience in calibration/testing or technical services is preferred.
