Job Title: Service Coordinator
Job Summary:
The Service Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating all service-related activities, ensuring timely response to customer requests, and smooth communication between clients, technicians, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule and assign service jobs to engineers/technicians
Coordinate installation, maintenance, and repair activities
Track service requests, complaints, and job status
Communicate with customers for updates, appointments, and feedback
Maintain service records, reports, and documentation
Follow up on pending jobs and ensure timely completion
Coordinate with sales and spare parts team for requirements
Handle warranty, AMC, and service-related documentation
Prepare daily/weekly service reports
Required Skills:
Good communication and coordination skills
Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
Ability to multitask and manage schedules
Problem-solving and customer-handling skills
Attention to detail and record-keeping
Qualifications:
Graduate in any field (preferred)
Experience in service coordination or operations (1–3 years pref
Work Environment:
Office-based role with coordination of field engineers
May require handling multiple clients and urgent requests
