Job Summary:
We are looking for an organized and proactive Sales Coordinator to support the sales team, manage customer communication, and ensure smooth order processing. The role involves coordination between clients and internal departments to maintain efficient sales operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with the sales team and support daily sales activities
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp
Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, and sales orders
Follow up with clients for orders, payments, and dispatch
Maintain and update customer records and sales data
Coordinate with dispatch, accounts, and warehouse teams
Track order status and ensure timely delivery
Prepare sales reports and MIS in Excel
Assist in achieving sales targets through backend support
Requirements:
Graduate in any field (Commerce preferred)
1–3 years of experience in sales coordination/back office
Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
Knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer skills
Experience in ERP/Tally is an added advantage
Good coordination and multitasking ability
