Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Female Sales Coordinator to manage sales operations, logistics, inventory coordination, invoicing, and payment follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
Handle daily sales reporting using Advanced Excel.
Manage CRM updates and sales records.
Coordinate dispatches and logistics operations.
Prepare and manage sales invoices.
Coordinate with the inventory/stock team.
Follow up on pending payments and customer dues.
Monitor stock availability and maintain stock follow-up records.
Ensure smooth coordination between sales, accounts, inventory, and logistics teams.
Required Skills
Advanced MS Excel.
CRM software and sales documentation.
Dispatch and logistics coordination.
Sales invoicing and payment follow-up.
Inventory and stock management coordination.
Good communication and organizational skills.
