Job Title: Sales & Dealer Network Coordinator
Department: Sales Operations / Distribution Logistics
Reports To: Regional Sales Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized Sales Coordinator to act as the primary operational link between our company and our extensive dealer network. You will manage the end-to-end order cycle, monitor dealer credit statuses, resolve inventory issues, and support the field sales team to ensure seamless distribution metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
• Order Management: Log, verify, and process high-volume purchase orders from dealers into our CRM system.
• Dealer Support: Serve as the primary daily touch-point for inventory status, order tracking, and pricing updates.
• Credit & Finance Liaison: Coordinate with finance to ensure payment clearances before dispatching stock.
• Performance Analysis: Compile weekly reports tracking dealer sales volume, target metrics, and account health.
Qualifications:
• Experience: 1–3 years in sales coordination, distribution management, or supply chain support.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Key Competencies: conflict-resolution skills, and quick problem-solving.
