Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Process incoming orders, maintain sales records, and track deliveries/dispatches.
Coordinate schedules, targets, and reports with field sales executives.
Handle client inquiries, provide price quotes, and resolve billing/logistics issues.
Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports, performance metrics, and inventory updates.

Requirements:

Minimum 3+ years of experience in Sales Coordination or Commercial Operations.
Experience in a Private Limited Company is mandatory.
Female candidates only.
Proficiency in MS Excel/CRM software with strong communication and multitasking skills.

Job Details:

Location: Hybrid/WFH until December; permanently office-based in Magarpatta, Pune, post-December.
