Responsible to prepare and maintain the sales MIS reports, record the minutes of the
meetings & reviews, f/up with the team in implementing and accomplish the targeted tasks.
Serve as the primary point of contact for daily coordination between the sales team and business development team.
Maintain the integrity and accuracy of customer relationship management (CRM) systems by updating contact information, activities, and opportunities.
Provide training and support to sales team members on CRM usage and best practices.
Coordinate and manage schedules, initiate the periodical sales reviews and meetings with
necessary information from Team members.
Act as a liaison between the sales team, customers, and other departments within the company.
Provide support during sales events and other external conferences.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential sales opportunities and
improve business strategies

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field Proven experience as a sales coordinator or executive assistant
Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in work Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Zoho CRM) is a plus.
