Proficiently used MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to create reports, presentations, and correspondence.

Facilitated smooth communication and coordination between the Business Development Managers and customers, resolving conflicts and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Contribute to sales forecasting efforts, collaborating with sales and demand planning teams to optimize inventory and resources.
