Job Description

Managed India MART/Just Dial portal and lead processing, coordinated with Business Development Managers, and ensured seamless internal collaboration with Sales, Finance, and SCM teams.

Managed order inputs, inquiries, prepared quotations, and ensured follow-up with Business Development Manager for order confirmation and collection of payment.

Prepare quotations, sales orders, and handing over using MS Word/Excel and CRM.

Prepared and maintained reports, including lead, DSR, pending, and monthly reports, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.

Proficiently used MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to create reports, presentations, and correspondence.

Facilitated smooth communication and coordination between the Business Development Managers and customers, resolving conflicts and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Contribute to sales forecasting efforts, collaborating with sales and demand planning teams to optimize inventory and resources.

Technical Skills: Order Processing Order Management Customer Relationship Management. Strong organizational and time management abilities Problem Solving.
