- Making outbound calls to potential customers

- Lead generation and qualification

- Customer follow-ups

- Preparing reports and maintaining records

- Coordinating with the sales team

- Basic MS Excel and Email work

•Requirements:•

- 1+ Years of Telecalling / Sales Experience Mandatory

- Good communication skills in Tamil and English

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Email
