Job Title: Sales Coordinator (FMCG)

Location: Transport Nagar, Jaipur

Job Summary

The sales Coordinator will support the sales team by managing orders, coordinating with distributors/retailers, tracking sales data, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This role is critical in maintaining communication between the field sales team and internal

departments.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with sales executives and distributors for order processing
Maintain and update sales records, reports, and MIS data
Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance
Handle order entry, invoicing, and dispatch follow-ups
Communicate with clients/retailers regarding orders, deliveries, and queries
Assist in planning promotions and schemes for products
Monitor stock availability and coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams
Prepare sales presentations and reports for management
Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints

Required Skills

Basic knowledge of FMCG sales processes
Strong communication and coordination skills
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office
Good organizational and multitasking abilities
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (BBA, BCom, or any graduate)
Up to 2 years of experience in sales support
