Role: Sales Specialist (Back-office)(Sales Coordinator)

Location : Ahmedabad HO
Responsibilities :
a). Preparation of Techno-commercial offer based on inputs from clients or field team and to share with clients / field team
b). Creating sales orders and execution of clients' PO on time to delight clients.
c). Payment collection from clients.
Skills:
a). Efficient communication skills to coordinate with client.
b). Coordination with purchase, accounts, dispatch and service team to execute sales & services orders.
c). Understanding of relevant technical information / communication.
d). Good experience of working with various software like Excel, Word, Power Point, Zoom, MS Team, etc
e). Good command (spoken & written) over English, Hindi and Gujarati language
Experience :
Must have 3+ years of experience in Back-office Sales.
Qualification:
Degree / Diploma in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Science Graduate or BBA/MBA
