Detailed Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests professionally and manage seating arrangements efficiently

  • Handle reservations, walk-ins, guest queues, and special requests

  • Maintain guest data, birthday records, feedback logs, and preference notes

  • Provide menu guidance, answer guest queries, and coordinate with servers

  • Maintain lobby/front desk cleanliness, ambiance, and guest movement flow

  • Ensure every guest leaves with a positive experience

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years experience in front office/guest relations

  • Hotel/restaurant background mandatory

  • Excellent communication & grooming standards
