Position: Renewals Executive

📍 Location: Dwarka Mor, New Delhi

Job Responsibilities:

Handle health insurance policy renewals.
Contact existing customers and assist with policy renewals.
Resolve customer queries and provide policy guidance.
Maintain customer relationships and follow up on renewal cases.

Requirements:

Good communication skills (Hindi & Basic English).
Basic computer knowledge.
Customer handling skills.
Experience in telecalling or insurance is preferred.

💰 Salary: Fixed ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month

🕙 Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
📅 Working Days: Monday to Saturday
