Relationship Officer

We are looking for a Relationship Officers to join our team Muthoot Microfin Limited. Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Conduct group meetings and client verifications at the field level

Educate customers about loan terms, repayment schedules and financial discipline.

Ensure timely loan collections and maintain accurate records.

Coordinate with branch staff to achieve business targets.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th pass and above and Fresher. The role involves resolving customer complaints, providing right information and escalating complex problems to the relevant department when needed. Candidates must be open to 6 days a week during the Day shift
