Relationship Officer

An international client-calling executive who can handle inbound and outbound calls from international clients to provide customer support, resolve issues, and manage clients. Key responsibilities include clear communication, accurate record-keeping, and willingness to work in shifts and excellent English communication skills. 

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to international clients.

• Resolve customer queries and issues and provide information about products or services.

• Accurately document all customer interactions and update systems like CRM.

• Adhere to company policies and process guidelines. 

Qualifications and skills

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are mandatory.

• Strong customer service orientation.

• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with MS Office.

• Good listening and problem-solving abilities.

• Willingness to work night or rotational shifts.

• Typing skills are often required
