Fixed: Up to ₹20,000/month

Incentives: Up to ₹60,000/month based on performance

We are hiring Relationship Officers to help our customers understand and use different banking services. You will speak to people, guide them about bank products, and help them choose the right options based on their needs. This job is ideal for freshers who enjoy talking to people and want to grow in the banking industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Talk to customers and build good relationships

Share useful information about bank products like accounts, cards, loans, etc.

Help customers understand how banking services can make their life easier

Keep a record of customer feedback and follow up when needed
