Job Description

Role: Relationship Manager (Tally Software)
Target Candidates: Female Freshers (No prior experience required)
Job Purpose: To build good relationships with clients and help them use Tally software smoothly.
Key Duty 1: Call and meet existing clients to understand their needs and ensure they are happy with the software.
Key Duty 2: Guide new clients on how Tally can help manage their business accounting easily.
Key Duty 3: Coordinate with the technical team to resolve any doubts or issues the client faces.
Key Duty 4: Follow up with clients for software renewals and timely payments.
Required Skills: Good communication skills, a polite speaking manner, and a basic understanding of computers.
