We are seeking a dynamic and versatile individual to take on a role as Relationship Manager and Receptionist. The ideal candidate will manage front office operations while also building strong relationships with clients and leads.
Receptionist Duties:
Greet and assist walk-in visitors and clients with professionalism.
Handle incoming calls and route them appropriately.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Manage appointments, meetings, and client schedules.
Handle basic administrative tasks like filing and email coordination.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Follow up on leads and inquiries through calls, emails, and meetings.

Coordinate with sales and support teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Assist in achieving monthly business targets and client retention.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in front office or customer service roles.

Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer operations.
